I am a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing thoughtful, respectful, and personalized care. I believe healthcare should feel supportive, accessible, and grounded in trust.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, sleep concerns, and other mental health challenges. My approach includes comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, ongoing care, and practical strategies to help you feel more balanced, confident, and in control of your daily life.
In addition to psychiatric care, I offer select primary care services through telehealth to support whole-person wellness.
